My Apple Watch won't update to be able to pair to my iPhone.

Me and my family have two apple watches. We have a black one and a white one both are Series 4. The white one I am able to update and connect to any phone we have but the black one keeps on saying that I have to update it or it won’t continue with the setup. I go to do that but then it proceeds to say unable to check for update and that I’m not connected to the internet/WiFi even though I am. I have spent a solid two days trying to fix this. I have tried almost every solution I could find from restarting and resetting both the devices to switching airplane mode on and off and turning on low power mode to signing in and out of my Apple ID to uninstalling and reinstalling the Watch App to anything else! This is outrageous and I really hope I can get a solution from Apple. I have tried connecting the black one to all of our phones but they all say the same thing. The white one however says that I can update it later and continue with the setup. The number of times I have tried hard resetting my Apple Watch and phone and signing out of my Apple ID. And the thing is that the black watch was worn around 3-4 times while the white one has been worn so much more. The black Apple Watch was connected to my dads phone but he said I could have it. So I disconnect the watch by the watch and then try connecting it to my phone but then the whole issue started. So I tried reconnecting it to my dads phone and guess what? It won’t connect back! These are a couple of pictures. The Apple Watch pairs to my phone but it won’t update so I can’t even use it! It’s kind of just stuck in pairing and failing to update! I have even removed and deleted all the Apple Watch backups from my phone! I might have to try deleting the backups on my dads phone but I may need a better solution because it will most likely not work!I have even left the Apple Watch to try updating like this but it just wouldn’t update.

These are the pictures for the white Apple Watch

Like what the heck is going on??? People are saying that you can repair it but it’s like $300. No way am I paying $300 just because this almost brand new Apple Watch can’t update! Please help

Hello OmPatel07,

Be sure to check for any available updates on the iPhone you're attempting to pair the Apple Watch to, with the latest version being iOS 15.5: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Also, double-check on the iPhone that the date, time, and time zone (Settings > General > Date & Time) are set fully accurately.

Is the iPhone using any VPNs or other security software? If so, try temporarily uninstalling/disabling it, and then try again.

Have you been able to try erasing the Apple Watch from the watch itself? If not, here are the steps to try for that:

Press and hold the Digital Crown and side button at the same time until the screen turns black, then release.
When the Apple logo appears, press and hold only the side button until you see Erase All Content and Settings and then erase the Apple Watch.

Cheers.
