Signing into terminated company phone.

Hello,

I am the office manager at Haggard Electric.

The terminated employee doesn't remember ID password or PIN #. I have reset the phone, resorted with iTunes and I still need the Apple ID password to get in. I have access to his email to be able to reset it but it only gives me an option to send a message to that cell but I cant get into it.

Jayc@*** is the Apple ID I would like to reset the password and logged him off the phone.

Only that employee will be able to unlock the device. It's probably best to consider using a MDM to manage business phones if given to employees and/or to include information in employment contracts that requires unlocking or payment for the device.
