Your iPhone was not hacked. Perhaps your Apple ID was hacked. There’s no need to get a new phone or change your number, and if it was your Apple ID that was hacked getting a new phone or changing your number won’t solve the problem. It’s unlikely in the extreme that your phone was ‘hacked’… What makes you think it was?
