Can someone tell me were is the refresh button for the toolbar on my new 24 incH iMac? I do not see the button under toolbar to add were did it go?

It is the little circle-arrow at the right of the URL address bar, as in the screenshot below. Or you could right click anywhere on the Safari page and select "Reload Page"

While your icons are in different locations, the Reload symbol is still at the right of the URL address bar.
