I am looking to download Disney plus and Netflix onto my ipad and it says i need 14.0 software and my ipad only has 12.5.5 When i go to software updates in the ipad it says 12.5.5 and that it is most up to date. How do i update this.

To get an older version, contact the Developer. You'll find their Contact Us info in the app's site of the App Store.
An iPhone 7 can be updated to 15.5.
