Can’t download apps. Says I need iOS 13

Please help me every time I try to download apps I need it tells me I need iOS 13

iPhone 6, iOS 12

An iPhone 6 isn't capable of 13 or above. Try downloading them to a newer unit on the same Apple ID first.
