Hello. I can’t hear very well out of both AirPods. They are charged with the volume all the way up, but I can’t hear as well as I should

Troubleshooting AirPods Balance:
A. Start with a Reset:

B. Visit Apple Support links
C. Verify an App's Balance:
If using an App, note that apps have their own balance settings as well. That would overrule that set in the Mac. So, make sure that the balance is set in the middle on an app itself..
D. Also, Clear Out Earwax:

E. Using an App?:
Check and make sure that the balance on the app is not more or less towards one side.

Are you talking about the transparency mode ?
Usually, this is because they are messy. Use a Q-tip or cotton swab, and clean the AirPods. Let me know if this fixes the issue.
