My stepson got an iPad from a foundation, it has an app LAMP that he talks on and in a minute he locked it. The user id is the companies but they can get emails, the issue is the phone number for 2 step verification is not accessible so we can’t get into his iPad now trying email it would work but the phone number verification won’t work. Help he needs to talk!
You have encountered Activation Lock which is a theft prevention feature. Without the Apple ID and Password of the original user who set up the iPad, you will never be able to use it.
