Hello there, will i still be able to connect my apple watch to a new iphone if i forgot the icloud password of the previous one? And I don’t use the previous icloud id now, i’ve got a new one.

If you forgot the Apple ID (iCloud) password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option if necessary. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.
