Internal state error occured when partitioning disks

Simply tried to make MacOS bigger and remove a partition i crated a while ago, When i click apply this error occurs. The internet hasnt helped me in thg slightest.

Option 1 - Disk Utility - First Aid

Option 2 - time machine backup confirmed; erase, partition, install macOS, restore time machine, and Done.
