When I use the time lapse it is all glitchy but this only occurs when my iPhone 13 pro! Isn’t in hand only when propped up or on the floor. how do I fix this?

Try some simple troubleshooting that can clear out issues related to the iPhone camera:
- Close out of the Camera app and try again: Close an app on your iPhone or iPod touch - Apple Support
- Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
- If the camera or flash on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch isn't working - Apple Support
