Why is my iCloud disabled

I want my iCloud fix asap …how can I do that ?

it says it is disabled

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 15

Have you turn iCloud -> ON ?

Go to -> Settings -> tap your Profile -> iCloud -> turn it On.
