Hi, I am very frustrated with an error which comes almost daily in the night and restarts my mac. Can someone help me please?

You do not say what exact Mac...


If it is Intel try both resetting NVRAM and SMC

Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac - Apple Support



Learn what to do if your computer restarts or shuts down unexpectedly, or you get a message that your computer restarted or shut down because of a problem.


If your Mac spontaneously restarts or displays a ... - Apple Support

If your Mac restarted because of a problem - Apple Support

Kernel Panics are predominately caused by hardware faults or faulty third-party kernel extensions.




Uninstall all third party apps that are Cleaners/Optimizers/VPN/Anti-Virus

all known to cause issues on the macOS

I would try

turn off the Power Nap feature in both plugged in and Battery system pref panels and compare your results
