I forgot my password and I have no way to access it.. I have a new number and my old number is still on the account that I don’t use

Enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.
If you still can't reset the password, try account recovery. The Recovery Process is an automated process and the length of time it takes can vary a lot.
