I notice today a 35.00 charge for some game flow and and something. I need to know who played this game and what phone or Ipad it came from.
want to know who or what ipad did these charges come from, I did not authorize anything.

We are all, largely, just Apple product end users, just like you.
No one here can help you discover this other than you.
You would need to contact Apple directly to find out what games were charged through your Apple ID account.

If you have any children, I suggest you look into asking them if any game purchases were made during some game play.
No one at Apple will know who else could have made these charges, as the charges only appear in your name and the name on the Apple ID account and no one else.
