Can I access an older version of Garageband?

I'm trying to install garageband on my Macbook Air, but I'm running Sierra, 10.2.6 and I can't download the latest version of Garageband. I'm trying to use a Yeti mic for a podcast and so I'm stuck. Any suggestions?

I have downloaded GB before but it does not show in my 'purchases'. I replaced the CD drive in this macbook with an SSD drive since the old Hard drive and OS was slow. That has worked well. But I cant get Garageband now. Its on this very mac in the older hard drive and I even tried drag dropping the earlier version to the Applications folder in new profile and also did same with the Library/ApplicationSupport/Garageband folder as well. But that didnt work too.
