Really to check for any way of tracking my info.

How can I make sure I don’t already have someone listed for my account recovery contact? I’m currently going through a divorce and I honestly feel like he has put something on my phone and/or my car to track my every move. Plus he has started being SUPER SECRETIVE with his phone. We both have AT&T but we are not on the same plan. I would really like to figure out a way to receive his info to my phone because I just have a gut feeling he has WAY more to hide than I do! Well…and I already caught him in lies! But I don’t have a clue where to even begin that process cause I’m not that type of person normally!

If someone is your account recovery contact they cannot access anything on your phone or your account. They can only provide proof that you are the owner of the account to YOU so YOU can re-access the account.

If he had physical possession of the phone at some time you should reset the phone to factory settings and not restore a backup. This will remove any spyware he has placed on your phone.

You should also go to Settings/[your name] and look near the bottom of the page for any devices that can access your iCloud/Apple ID. If you see any tap on them and tap to remove them from the account.
