You can use sms / iMessage, WhatsApp and other social media stuff.

On 7/31/2022 I went to the Apple store with my broken iPhone 13 Pro.

The fellow there said I needed a new iPhone 13 Pro to replace the broken iPhone.

On Aug. 2, 2022 Model: iPhone 13 Pro

Was shipped to me.


Can You send me the tracking number that Apple sent me for the return item on the BOX?

The Fedex man in Stuart said I need that number?


I placed the iPhone 13 pro in the Apple box and took the box to:

US Ship and Pack



I got an email saying the Fedex tracking number was: *******

Anticipated ship date: 8/4/22

Delivery date estimated: “Pending”

Invoice number**************


However, the iPhone never got to Apple.

After 8 days, I went back to US Pack and Ship and asked what happened to the Fedex package. They claim “No idea.”

I called Apple and asked what happened and Apple said "I have no proof of loss.”

The Tracking number :******** does not show a loss.


Today Fedex guy said try and get the return shipping number from Apple and track that return.


Can your records show who stole my iPhone by the serial number?

I will go back tomorrow to US ship and Pack and ask once more if there is a lost and found…

Or is my Iphone still in their store.

Help.

What is the next step?
