If I bought my apple AirPods from a shop near me can I return them in the shop or will they refuse my return because Iv worn them but they don’t fit my ear

If you bought them from an Apple store, you have 14 days to return them.
If you bought them from some other retailer, you need to contact them and see what their refund/return policy is.
Apple has no control over other retailers policy.
