Missing app

I bought an app 2 years ago but I delete by accident and now I want to download again but is not in the App Store. The app is Merriam-Webster dictionary plus

iPad, iPadOS 15

We see you're unable to locate an app that you previously purchased. Check out the steps below to see if they help: If there's an issue when you redownload apps, movies, or other content from Apple - Apple Support

"If you don't see the item that you want to redownload

Make sure that the item is in your purchase history for your Apple ID. If you don't see the item in your purchase history, you might have purchased the item with a different Apple ID.
If you don't see an app that you want to redownload, that app might not be compatible with your device. For example, an app that you bought for your Mac might not also work on your iPhone or Apple Watch.
If you don't see items in your purchase history on other Apple IDs, the purchases might be hidden. Learn how to redownload hidden apps or unhide music, movies, TV shows, books and audiobooks.
Do you want to redownload an app or other content that a family member purchased? If you have Family Sharing, you can download shared purchases."

To clarify, you're posting to the user forums for Apple Support Communities. While no one here can issue a refund, if you'd like you can use the steps provided by genieen16 request a refund from Apple.

Again, not setting any expectations as previously mentioned refund request are typically made with purchases within the last 90 days.

The app works on iPhone and iPad that are the two devices I use . This is strange because in the AppStore of the US is available but not in my country (Peru) this was made without my knowledge the developers didn’t send a message or anything simply they disappeared from the store. The name of the company is Merriam-Webster inc. If they pullout their app from the store without notice I would like to have a refund because there are other apps that also I used in the past that disappeared but all give notice to their clients This app won’t and I expended money on that.

We can’t set any expectations on whether a refund will be approved by Apple, but you can follow the guidance on this page here to request a refund for a recent charge: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple.

I understand that I know that I can ask for a refund within 90 days after the purchase yes I know that. This purchase was made on 2018 but I ask for a refund because I cannot contact with the developer because they don’t answer my questions, so I don’t wanna lose the money in vain for an app that don’t advertise they will leave the AppStore and only leave and nothing more. So I wanted to know what your team as a persons would do if you were in the same situation. Please I ask for a refund because it was a unfair movement made from that developer.

Yes, sorry for that but there will be not a problem if Apple really have a way to communicate with their support Team on countries that are not USA, Canada or the UK. In my country there are not that option for email , chat or phone call . The webpage only redirects me to the reportaproblem where I can ask for a refund on the conditions Apple give to its users. Only that . But not to explain this to their team. So if this problem have no solution what can I do? Maybe nothing more than post this . Because the company Merriam-Webster one day decided without notice leave the AppStore and nothing happens … so the money I used to buy that app is lose forever or until the day they decide to return. Or could you please give me a link to communicate with Apple team by email or chat?
