How do I stop receiving 7 small widows along the bottom of my iMessage screen that shows the last 6 messages transmitted.
I have a iPhone 11 that is partner with this Air 3 iPad. This problem does not occur on the iPhone 11.

It sounds like you might be referring to the shelf feature that's part of multitasking on your iPad. You can swipe up on those thumbnails in the shelf to close the windows. You can learn more about it here: Use multitasking on your iPad.
When you switch to an app that has multiple windows open, the bottom of your iPad screen shows a shelf containing thumbnails of all the app's windows.
Tap one of the thumbnails to open the window. You can also swipe up on a thumbnail in the shelf to close that window. In some apps, you can also open a new window by tapping New Windowin the shelf.
