Cancellation of Keto Diet App - Macro Tracker

I purchased a year of subject app and auto renewal is in two weeks. I've gone to setting then subscriptions and selected the Keto app and only get renewal offers and no option to cancel the subscription. Tried the same in the App Store and same exact issue. No option to cancel. How can I cancel it?
