I purchased a year of subject app and auto renewal is in two weeks. I've gone to setting then subscriptions and selected the Keto app and only get renewal offers and no option to cancel the subscription. Tried the same in the App Store and same exact issue. No option to cancel. How can I cancel it?

It's not an auto renewal subscription. If you don't renew it will expire.

on the app page in the App Store it says it is an auto renew so you will need to contact them directly to unsubscribe
