Try opening your wallet through the actual app, not by double clicking the button on the right.

Have you scrolled down and checked the bottom of the screen you’ve shown?

Okay really weird as this is the only place one can officially remove gift cards.

Try this completely low-practice piece of advice. Close ALL apps and turn off your iPhone - wait a minute and turn it on again. Try opening the Wallet app again, press the (•••) button, select more, scroll as far down as you can, and see if the Delete button has become visible.

Worked for me on 15.6. Not sure it was there prior to the update

Same issue. There is no button to remove. If someone suggests the three dot button one more time I’m going to flip out. I don’t even have the card in my Starbucks app anymore. Apple gift cards are broken as well

Thanks, but after closing wallet and reopening it is still there. It didn’t work

Took me a while to figure this one out as well…
