Possibly they have stopped sharing their location with you. See the pic below, which may explain their action

Where on his phone settings dose he change it where I can he can change it too (using)?? He accepted my invitation twice does he have to go on his phone to settings to change it? Plus I am in Switzerland until the end of July does that make a difference?
