Apple Watch setup for family member.
If I click setup for family member and make my parent/guardian their own Apple Watch does it have some features that the setup for myself doesnt have? If yes then tell me.

There are some features that aren't supported without a companion iPhone when you use Family Setup for Apple Watch:
Note that some Apple Watch features depend on having a companion iPhone, and aren't available on an Apple Watch that you pair using Family Setup.
The following features and apps are not available: Health data sharing, respiratory rate, irregular heart rhythm notifications, ECG, Cycle Tracking, Sleep, Blood Oxygen, Podcasts, Audiobooks, Remote, News, Home, and Shortcuts.
