Haptic feedback doesn't work on my new Apple Watch Series 7.

I recently purchased an Apple Watch Series 7

from the local Walmart in Grants Pass and I have not been able to get the haptics to work. I have tried all the recommendations available from Apple and internet communities and it appears that it is a hardware issue. Does anyone know where I can take it to get this issue fixed?
