Haptic feedback doesn't work on my new Apple Watch Series 7.

I recently purchased an Apple Watch Series 7

from the local Walmart in Grants Pass and I have not been able to get the haptics to work. I have tried all the recommendations available from Apple and internet communities and it appears that it is a hardware issue. Does anyone know where I can take it to get this issue fixed?

I have looked online for tips, and tried them all (turn haptics off and on again, change to prominent, make sure do not disturb is switched off etc.), but it still doesn't work. Apple Watch series 4 Haptics suddenly not working Just wondering has anyone encountered this issue where your Apple watch’s Haptics suddenly stop working although the crown haptics work fine. (Scrolling on your Apple Watch gives you haptic feedback, but all other functions such as alerts, breathe, timer does not). I’m thinking this is more of a software issue because I’m still get feedback from the crown but not from the alerts itself. I have already checked all the settings, forced reset the watch, erased and repaired my watch to no avail.

why can't adjust haptic strength on apple watch I had the first version of Apple Watch and I was able to change the haptic strength but since I bought series five I couldn’t change it is there a way to change it or it’s hardware issue ?
