How can I delete an app from my App Library on the iPhone 8? I have followed the instruction previously given. When I hold down the app icon in the library list, I am not getting the option to delete it. The options I get are share app or add app to my Home Screen. Really frustrating!

If there is no option to delete any apps, there may be a restriction set on deleting apps. On an iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Deleting Apps.

Thanks so much FoxFifth! I was going nuts trying to figure this out. I do not think I would have on my own. I was able to delete several apps that I haven’t used for ages. Thanks again.

Have tried to delete an app from my library on I phone 8. Choosing the app from the list and holding it down does not give me the delete action option. Any suggestions? TIA
