the other day my only child was using my phone and made multiple in game app purchases without permission since the parent was asleep and he spent loads of money of mine which I can’t afford.
However it was non eligble for a refund even after the second decision.
im not sure what to do now?

Some in-app purchases, such as game currency or hints, are consumable, which means that they run out as you use them.
Sorry there seems no way to get that money back, unless the child (or other family member) can pay up.
