How do you turn off screen time on a child's phone if you forgot the screen time password and you aren't using family sharing?

Parental Controls I have turned off Screen Time on my phone and on my phone for my daughter's phone. My daughter's phone is asking for a screen time password. We keep getting locked out because we cannot seem to remember the screen time password for her phone. I even reset the screen time password on my phone and clicked on turn of screen time on my daughter's phone but once again they ask for a 4-digit password.
