Old messages come to Apple Watch after turning it on.

so I sometimes turn of my Watch and when I turn it back on all my old text messages come in on the Watch as new unread messages. Even though I read and deleted them on my iPhone. Shouldn’t the Watch sync with iCloud when it’s turned on?

I don’t understand if my iCloud has syncing issue, then why other apps work fine!?

Similarly I posted a question a while ago about Reminders not syncing which was not resolved. so I gave up on Reminder app.

Now I’m wondering if I should give up on Apple all together.
