I set an alarm at 11 pm today. The alarm started right at 11 pm, and it kept going. I shouted, "Hey Siri", Siri didn't reply to me. I shouted several times but there was no reaction from Siri.
I googled, it seems that I can use “Hey Siri, stop timer” to stop the alarm. But why it doesn't work for my iPhone? Any suggestions or solutions?

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities! You mentioned that Siri doesn't reply, do you have "Listen for Hey Siri" enabled when you go to Settings > Siri & Search?
You'll also want to be sure that "Allow Siri when locked" is enabled.

However, things became normal after I changed Siri Responses setting from "When Silent Mode Is Off" to "Always".
