How to connect Pro Display XDR to windows PC

I have windows PC with GeForce RTX 3070. It connected to Pro Display XDR via "USB C to DisplayPort" cabble.

( Maxonar 8K 60Hz Type-C to DP Cable 6FT/1.8M(4K 60Hz 144Hz 120Hz 2K 240Hz) 32.4Gbps 1.4 HBR3 Alt Mode Adapter for 2021 MacBook Pro M1 Mac Mini, XPS 15 Grey )

It works but unstable. Time of the time, the display does not turn on after PC rebooting.

Helps only one: needs turn off cable from display socket and turn back.

Have the way to resolve it? As I know there are no RTX with thunderbolt 3 port.
