Apple ID can't verify my Payment Method

To verify your payment information:

->Sign in to your Apple ID account page and edit / update your Apple ID details.

On the Sidebar click Payment methods -> then tap Payments Methods and tap Manage payment method.

I have done all that but still yet it’s not working

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes", contact Apple Support for help.

You need to update your payment information.

👉 Sign in to your Apple ID account page and edit your Apple ID details.

Contact your Bank:

Contact your financial institution (bank) pertaining to this card, as this may be being seen as a scam (though that may not be the case). It would be a matter of security for you as a credit card holder. So, call them, letting them know that all os okay to be followed through with.
