So I’ve been having problem with adding my card on Apple wallet. Whenever I try to do so it says “contact card issuer”. I tried adding the card on my mates iPhone and it was added without any problem.

We understand that you're attempting to add a card to your Wallet app but you're seeing an alert to contact your card issuer.
Since Apple doesn't approve or decline cards used in your Wallet, we would suggest that you contact your bank. They're best suited to assist you.
