While your Phonak hearing aids are not MFi they can pair with iPhone using classic bluetooth.

That might be a better question for Phonak Support. MFi compatibility is up to the hearing aid maker.

Sadly the sound is poor quality. It was good with the iPhone 8S pro and it's terrible with the 12 Pro Max. So much so I have purchased the airpod pro buds just to conduct phone calls with. Thanks for your comments.
