Hi evelynlyn56,

You can visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ to see charges related to your Apple ID, and, if you don't recognize them, request a refund from Apple. If your purchase is related to a subscription, you can cancel the subscription.

Can't find a matching charge at reportaproblem.apple.com? Find out if you used another account to make a purchase.

  1. Search your email for the words “receipt from Apple.”
  2. Look for a receipt that matches the amount that you see on your billing statement.
  3. On the receipt, see what was purchased and which Apple ID was used.

If you checked reportaproblem.apple.com and your emailed receipts and you're still not sure why you were charged, contact Apple Support. And if you believe your card or bank information was compromised, contact your financial institution immediately.
