unable to purchase subscription
wallet seems ok but get message don't have permission to purchase subscription on this (my) iPad when attempt to add News+ to suscriptions

The payment method(s) used for Apple purchases are configured via your AppleID account. Perhaps you need to configure or update your registered payment methods. See:
