I am thinking that you wants to update your mobile number in your Apple ID, As you wants to update or add mobile number in your Apple ID, you can go through following steps

settings>

click on name(which is visible on top)

click on name, mobile number and email

edit and add the mobile number

save the details as then you can able to use that mobile number as your trusted number for your Apple ID.
