You can create a new calendar any time.

Rename the old one something like "Personal-Archive" and then create a new "Personal"

If you've exported the original "Personal," or "Personal-Archive" you can import it into the new "Personal".

If you wish, having exported "Personal - Archived", you can delete the old "Personal"; its archive will remain.
