I have a mid-2013 MacBook Air running v.10.13.6/High Sierra. Some of my websites are telling me I need to update my Safari browser. Safari is telling me I need to update my OS. I can't go to High Sierra, where do I go

What's the highest OS I can go to?

MacBook Air

How to upgrade to macOS Monterey - Apple Support explains system requirements, as well as options for Macs that don't meet them.

Your mid-2013 MBA should be able to run Big Sur, which will include Safari version 15.5.
