How do I get rid of the color square on my Apple Watch screen?

I have same color box on my Series 3. It does not appear to be Assistive Touch. It is labeled "Butterflies" like the watch face option Motion and Collection flowers/butterflies.

What colour Square?.

Are you referring to assistive touch?.

1. Open the Settings app on your Apple Watch.
2. Tap Accessibility, then tap AssistiveTouch.
3. Tap AssistiveTouch to turn it off, then tap OK to confirm.
