Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

My old Apple ID seems to be locked it doesn’t give me an option to remove it. I already have a new Apple ID I’m able to download apps with my new Apple ID.

How do I remove my old Apple ID my password does not work. I already have a new Apple ID with limited functions

If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support.    *


If you have changed your ID or password, have you followed the steps in this article? Make sure you turn off Find My Phone before signing out of the old ID. Once signed out and Find My Phone is off, then sign in with the new ID, then turn Find My Phone back on.


What to do after you change your Apple ID or password - Apple Support.  *.  I suggest you do this before changing the ID and/or password.


If necessary, contact Apple ID Support for assistance.  See the Apple Support articles below for contact information.

Get Support      -    Work through the screens to get a chat option. You may have to pick a slightly different problem.
