Generally you would know that. Figure out who gave/sold you the iPhone. Or if you’re restricted by someone like a relative.
Those of us who purchased and use brand new iPhones obtained in a factory sealed box from Apple or an Authorized Apple Retailer do not have these restrictions.
First, I have no idea if ibox is an Authorized Apple Retailer.
Secondly, your Apple ID (iCloud) signin pertains to that specific device. So no, the sign out must be done for the specific device you wish to sign out. Here is how.

okay friend i'll do to go to find out, but one more thing, if I buy the new iphone from apple or ibox, i still use my icloud and sign out from the new device?
