i lost my i phone 7 and i think i was switched off find my i phone,any ideas how can i get my i phone back and if not how can i mark it as lost or stolen to delete all the data on it

*protect your account if Find My was not turned on.

If Find My has been turned OFF then there is no way to locate that iPhone or send a command to it to delete all data or mark it as lost.
