Connectivity issue with beats fit pro

I got my beats fit pro a couple of months back. They work great.

Recently, whenever i get a call sometimes when I try to pick it up through my beats, the other person's voice is not audible neither the person can hear my voice, but as soon as I change the mode to to speaker/ iPhone, I can hear everything clearly.


What should I do?
