A. Interference:

This is likely an error with interference. So, start here: If you hear no Sound or Distorted Sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch Speaker - Apple Support



B. If Used in a Closed Space:

If you are using these in a closed room, then echos can come about.

If purchased from Apple, or covered under AppleCare, then only get this serviced by Apple.

• Contact Us - Choose Locations
• Proceed from there as necessary

3. Enter: your location information
4. See: if there is an AASP nearby
5. Contact: an AASP that shows up, and find out more about the services that they offer to fix the iPhone
