Adding my own music (not music from Apple's library) to Apple Music

I own local music that is not from a music label. I want to use iCloud (or any means) so I can listen to it both on my Mac and on my phone. Ideally, I would like to listen to it in playlists, also. How do I do this?

Hi, yes you can store the music in iCloud.

Here's a guide from Apple Support:

Use iCloud Music Library on PC - Apple Support

Moreover, if you want to transfer it to your other devices without iCloud, you can connect your device to your Mac, and go to your device name in Finder. Then you can find a section called "Music" and you can choose which albums and songs you want to share with your other devices.
