Over the Ear Headset with Mic

Does anyone have experience using headsets with mics for doctors visits? The last Dr's visit I had tried to use FaceTime without a headset on my iMac. It did not go well. I ended up running to get my iPhone for audio. I would like to get a headset with mic for my next visit. I need an over the ear headset as I am unable to keep earbuds in my ears. Any assistance would be appreciated. I need them by next week. Thanks.

Not familiar with that one. Sony's never disappoint, starting with the most basic https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00I3LV336/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=A1O935LXVIPNW3&th=1 and moving up to high-end https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07F1WS11P/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?smid=A2L77EE7U53NWQ&psc=1

As for headset use for conferencing, as it's better audio, no question about it. Wired is best, never runs out of battery. More importantly, is immune to Bluetooth flakiness which, thanks to new variants, pop up almost daily.

Sorry. I do know this is mainly for technical issues. I really was wondering if I should use my iPhone FaceTime or my iMac. If I do use the iMAC would FaceTime be improved with a wired or wireless headset (as has been suggested to me) with mic. Since I won't use it much. Will something cheaper like HyperX Cloud Alpha for $70 do the trick. Sorry for such a rushed first question. Any assistance would be appreciated. I have an iPhone 12 and 2017 iMac. I do not have experience using FaceTime on either device.
