verification code not coming to trusted number

Normally 2FA verification codes are only sent to Trusted Devices via secure iCloud “data” (i.e. not SMS text).

In order to receive them either via voice or SMS to one of your pre-designated Trusted Numbers, click the “Didn’t Receive Code” link on the “code entry” web page.

Then, select from the drop-down to which of your Trusted Numbers you’d like the code sent.
