i have apple music on family share
I just changed my phone and now i am getting a message to say too many devices to play offline content - i have checked my devices, i only have my phone ipad and mac registered, can someone help please?

Just to clarify, were the steps in the "Use a Mac or PC to find or remove your associated devices" section here the ones that you followed for checking on the associated devices: View and remove your devices that are associated with Apple ID purchases - Apple Support
If so, and it matches the three devices you noted there as well, then we'd advise reaching out to Apple Support for a deeper investigation: Apple Support
